Tap into a Dancer’s conditioning workout to obtain long, lean muscles, increase flexibility and tone arms, legs and belly. Students are lead through body-weight and resistance band exercises specific to dance. Unlike bootcampts or crossfit, these exercises require precise placement and muscle isolation, a method that will lead to exact results.
This class works well in tandem with the Classical Mat Pilates class for an overall strong and lithe physique.
